Dental
Implants
The Permanent Solution for Missing Teeth. Right Here in Our Office.
Dental implants are the closest thing to a natural tooth that modern dentistry offers. They look like real teeth, feel like real teeth, and with proper care, they last a lifetime. Most dental offices refer implant cases to an oral surgeon. We handle them right here, which means fewer appointments, less time off work, and a smoother experience overall.
If you're missing one tooth, several teeth, or exploring your options after an extraction, an implant consultation is the best place to start.

Root Canal
Therapy
Root Canals Don't Have to Mean a Referral
Root canals have a reputation that's a lot worse than the reality. With modern technique and proper anesthesia, most patients are surprised by how manageable the procedure actually is. What's not manageable is leaving an infected tooth untreated.
Dr. Williams performs root canal therapy in-house. No referral to an endodontist required. If you're dealing with tooth pain, sensitivity to hot or cold, or swelling around a tooth, give us a call. We'll take a look and tell you exactly what's going on.
Signs you may need a root canal:
Severe or persistent tooth pain
Prolonged sensitivity to heat or cold
Darkening of the tooth
Swelling or tenderness in the nearby gums
A persistent pimple-like bump on the gums
05
Surgical
Extractions
Complex Extractions, Handled Here
Some extractions are straightforward. Others, like impacted wisdom teeth, broken-down teeth, or teeth with complicated root structures, require a more involved surgical approach. Dr. Williams is trained to handle these in-office, sparing you an additional referral and the hassle of coordinating care across multiple providers.

Treatment
Jaw Pain, Headaches, Clicking? We Can Help.
If you're dealing with chronic jaw pain, frequent headaches, or a clicking or popping sensation when you open your mouth, you may have a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder. It's more common than most people realize, and there are effective treatment options. We'll evaluate what's going on and talk through your options.

Children’s
Dentistry
Every Age. Every Stage.
We welcome patients of all ages, from a baby's very first tooth through the teenage years. Getting children comfortable at the dentist early makes a difference that lasts a lifetime. We take the time to make little ones feel at ease, and we work with parents to build good habits from the start.
Kids' services include:
First dental visits
Cleanings and exams
Dental sealants
Fluoride treatments
Cavity prevention education
08
Nitrous Oxide
Sedation
Nervous About Your Appointment? We've Got You.
Dental anxiety is real, and we don't dismiss it. For patients who feel nervous or uncomfortable during treatment, we offer nitrous oxide, also called laughing gas. It is a safe, mild sedative that helps you relax without putting you to sleep. It wears off quickly, so you can drive yourself home after your appointment.
Insurance & Financing
We Work With Your Insurance, Whatever Plan You Have.
Madison Family Dentistry is an out-of-network provider, which means we're not contracted with specific insurance plans. What that also means: we work with virtually any insurance plan you carry, and we'll file your claim on your behalf so you can get the reimbursement you're entitled to.
We know navigating insurance isn't always straightforward, so our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and what to expect before your appointment.
Financing:
For patients without insurance or those facing larger treatment costs, we offer Cherry financing, a patient-friendly option with no hard credit pull. Ask our team for details.
