Give us a call and our front desk team will walk you through everything, including getting your new patient information set up in whatever way works best for you. We'll confirm your appointment, answer any questions you have beforehand, and make sure you know exactly what to expect when you come in.
What to Expect
at Your First Visit
Your first appointment is about getting to know you: your dental history, your concerns, and your goals. Here's what a typical new patient visit looks like:
A thorough oral exam with digital X-rays
A professional cleaning (or scheduling one if more time is needed)
A clear explanation of what we found and any treatment we'd recommend
Time for you to ask any questions
We won't rush you. We won't oversell you. Our job is to give you an honest picture of your oral health and help you decide what makes sense for you.
Insurance & Payment
We work with virtually any dental insurance plan. As an out-of-network provider, we're not tied to specific networks, which means more flexibility for you. We'll file your claim on your behalf so you can receive the reimbursement you're owed.
For patients without insurance or those with larger treatment needs, we offer Cherry financing, a flexible payment option with no hard credit pull. Ask us about it when you call.
